Please help with NADA car value!!! I don't understand!?

Okay so I am loaning kale for a car but they say I can only loan up to the NADA value but I don't want to go run my credit yet to see if the car is worth the NADA value. Can someone help me out? I went to NADA website but it only gives me trade in value.
No bank is customary to lend for a salvage title car, and the car is worth less than half the book value. You won't be able to get a loan for that car.

Call your bank and they will leak you what the loan value is. It doesn't have anything to do with your credit, but if it has a salvaged title most banks won't loan anything on it.
