I'm 19 years old and I privation a car to get me back and forth from work and school. However, I have no money for one and cannot afford a loan, my parents refuse to buy me mine, and I'm basically stuck!

Go out and get a job. You can buy an old beater on craigslist any time you shortage for $500. Then you need a cash reserve for insurance, gas and maintenance.

I'm convinced there are some places in your area that donate used cars but it's usually only to single parent families struggling to blow up b coddle ends meet. I don't think they'll donate a car to a 19 year old.
