Filing for chapter 13 bankrupcy on student loans?

If I march chapter 13 bankrupcy on student loans and other misseleaneus debts (pay a portion to trustee for 3-5 yrs & leftover amount is discharged) will the student lend be discharged after 3-5 yrs of payment? Or .... They don't get discharged?

You cannot rank against them period. They are federal loans from the government and you won't be able to file against them. I have tried.

Just make arrangements with them. You have to pay it back no problem what.

Ill-starred to hear your situation. You can file for bankrupcy for everything else except, student loans. Go tolegal.com or salliemae wesites for more info.
